Refund policy

Founder Drop 001 products are made to order. All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, fit preference, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact hello@position-a.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the issue and, if approved, arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
